What We Do

Learn to Sail
Instruction is provided by Canadian Yachting Association instructors or experienced sailors.

Recreational Sailing
Blind sailors will gain sailing experience with the assistance of sighted volunteers.

Learn to Race (beyond BSAC's mandate)
Members may graduate to learn racing techniques with experienced sailors.

Competitions (beyond BSAC's mandate)
Members may move on to compete with the Canadian Blind Sailing Team (CBST) in local and international regattas such as the 2009 World Blind Sailing Championships in New Zealand, as sanctioned by Blind Sailing International.

Although CBST is not part of Blind Sailing Canada (BSC), it is closely affiliated and all CBST members also belong to BSC.
